Includes many military commissions including for the Grenadier Guards. Other orders include two by Diana Cooper, Viscountess Norwich (née Lady Diana Olivia Winifred Maud Manners) silent film actress, aristocrat and socialite. One of the orders is for adding a monogram to a pair of shoes. There is the repair of a Persian rug for Dorothy de Rothschild who, along with her husband James, owned Waddesdon Manor.
